• Gameplay Data: Game progress, zone levels, hero data, prestige history, and in-game currency balances.
• Purchase History: Records of in-app purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store full payment card details.
• Clan & Social Data: Clan membership, clan name, and leaderboard rankings.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the game and your account.
• To sync your game progress across sessions and devices.
• To process and verify in-app purchases.
• To display leaderboards and clan features.
• To send password reset emails when requested.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data with:

• RevenueCat: For in-app purchase processing and validation.
• SendGrid: For transactional email delivery (e.g. password resets).
• MongoDB Atlas: Your game data is stored on MongoDB Atlas servers hosted on AWS in the US East (N. Virginia) region.
• Apple / Google: As required by their platform policies.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the in-game Settings menu.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted tokens for authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by using the account management features in the app or contacting us. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Future Analytics & Advertising

We may in the future integrate analytics or advertising services (such as Google AdMob). If we do, this policy will be updated to reflect what additional data may be collected and how it is used.
