By downloading or playing Mana Titans, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mana Titans, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. In-App Purchases

• Mana Titans offers optional in-app purchases for virtual currency (Manaspheres) and other items.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policy.
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or adjust pricing of in-app purchases at any time.

4. Titan Pass Subscription

Mana Titans offers an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription ("Titan Pass") at $14.99 USD/month.

• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You may cancel at any time through your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except as required by applicable law.

5. Virtual Currency & Items

All virtual currency and items in Mana Titans (including Manaspheres, Gold, and Astral Shards) are licensed to you, not sold. We reserve the right to manage, modify, or eliminate virtual items at any time.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or bots.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or modify the game.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players.
• Use the game for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Mana Titans, including art, music, code, and game design, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any game content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mana Titans is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
